Ooo … I like that quote. I’ll have to create an art post for that one for you
Sounds good to me! BTW- I am up for switching chocolate posts… I just need to get caught up on a few things first.
This is so great! I think I will clean out my desk. Here’s a quote from my inspirational calendar: Happiness and fulfillment are found by loving, but we don’t love in order to find happiness and fulfillment. They are by-products. Nice, huh?
Very nice… Don’t you just love quotes? Have a good weekend!

Thomas Edison has two of my favorites:
“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”
“Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.”
I am so guilty of that. I don’t attempt certain things or areas of the trail when mountain biking because I am almost certain of failure. I definitely need not to be so afraid of failure…
At my personal blog, I shared a quote from my son… “Mom, high school is easy. Just take it three weeks at a time.” It reminds me to stop stressing out about the distant future and just go step by step. I am blessed!
Not bad… I have hears a similar one, eat the elephant one bite at a time. Not that I have ever wanted to eat an elephant. . .
Have a good weekend!
Mine is Dennis Rodman’s ‘Go all out for what you want and damn those who get in your way’.
I never thought I would actually agree with something in principle that has Dennis Rodman attached to the end of it! Thanks for making me laugh, I needed it today.
Yes! Especially ones that I’ve written the kids and/or they’ve written me.
How about “do one thing a day that scares you”. I should live by that myself actually. I’ve become somewhat of a chicken in my old age.
I think alot of us could use a little more of that quote. The one that scares me even more is knowing what is the best decision as opposed to what I want.
“If you look outside yourself for fulfillment, you will never be truly fulfilled. “ ~ Lao Tzu
I like it. Too bad I did not find that one too! Have a great weekend!
